## Summary

長洲町内在住者または就職を機に定住する意思をもって転入した人が、正規雇用として就職した場合に交付される奨励金。令和7年4月1日以降に正規雇用として就職し、6か月以上継続勤務している30歳未満の人が対象。交付金額は1人10万円（1回限り）。

## Eligibility
- 令和7年4月1日以降に正規雇用として就職し、その後6か月以上継続して勤務している人
- 長洲町内在住者または就職した日後3か月以内に長洲町に転入した人（令和7年8月31日までに就職した場合は令和7年11月30日までに転入した人も対象）
- 基準日において30歳未満の人
- 奨励金の交付を受けた日から2年以上継続して町内に居住する意思を有している人
- 日本に永住権を有している外国人
