## Summary

身体又は知的・精神に著しく重度の障がいがあり、日常生活に常に特別の介護を必要とする在宅の20歳以上の重度障がい者に対し、月額30,450円（令和8年4月から）の手当を支給します。受給資格認定後、申請月の翌月分から2月、5月、8月、11月に前月までの3か月分を支給します。

- 身体又は知的・精神に著しく重度の障がいがある
- 日常生活に常に特別の介護を必要とする
- 在宅で生活している
- 3か月以上の入院をしていない
- 児童・老人福祉施設、障がい者支援施設等に入所していない
- 本人及び扶養義務者の前年所得が基準額以下
