## Summary

- 令和8年中に川棚町、大村市、嬉野市を除く町外の事業所に月15日以上通勤、または指定3市町への通勤で片道15km以上
- 令和8年中に事業を営む個人又は法人に雇用されていて一般被保険者の資格を有している、または国家公務員もしくは地方公務員であった
- 今年度以降も継続して東彼杵町に居住し続ける意志がある
- 暴力団員でない
