## Summary

同一世帯員の死亡または離職・廃業・休業等により世帯収入が著しく減少し、住宅を失った、または失うおそれのある方に対し、転居費用相当分の給付金を支給します。礼金、仲介手数料、家賃債務保証料、運搬費、現状回復費用などが対象で、世帯人数に応じた上限額があります。

## Eligibility
- 住宅を失った、または失うおそれがある方
- 同一世帯員の死亡、または申請者もしくは同一世帯員の離職・廃業・休業等により世帯収入が著しく減少した月から2年以内の方
- 離職等の前に世帯の生計を主に維持していた方
- 世帯収入が基準額以下の方
- 世帯の金融資産が一定額以下の方
- 家計改善のため家賃の安い住宅に転居、または転居に伴う支出削減が見込まれる方
- 暴力団員ではない方
