## Summary

ひとり親家庭の児童及びその父母、父母のない児童を対象に、保険診療による医療費の自己負担部分を助成します。令和7年10月1日から父母の通院についても助成対象となります。通院時は1レセプトごとに1000円の自己負担金があります。

- その児童を扶養するひとり親家庭の父母
- 18歳に達する日以後の最初の3月31日までの間にある父母のない児童
- 児童扶養手当受給水準の所得制限あり
- 徳島市内に居住地のある方
