## Summary

平成12年5月31日以前に着工した木造住宅の耐震性を一定以上に上げる耐震改修工事の費用の一部を補助します。耐震診断結果が1.0未満の住宅を1.0以上に、または0.7未満の住宅を0.7以上にする工事が対象です。最大115万円（リ・バース60利用時は57万5千円）の補助が受けられます。

- 平成12年5月31日以前に着工された建築物
- 耐震診断結果が1.0未満と診断された住宅
- 現に居住又は居住しようとする建築物
- 補助対象住宅の所有者又は居住者
- 本人が町税等を滞納していないこと
- 本人が暴力団員又は暴力団員等と関係を有する者でないこと
- 耐震シェルター設置工事補助又はその他補助金等の交付を受けていないこと
