## Summary

市内定住促進のため、初めて住宅を取得する新婚世帯（申込者及び配偶者のいずれもが40歳未満で婚姻届出後5年以内）又は子育て世帯（小学校6年生以下の子どものいる世帯）を対象に、住宅ローンに対して年0.5%以内、最長5年間の利子補給を行う制度です。利子補給金は最大50万円（年間最大10万円×最長5年間）です。
