## Summary

がん治療に伴う脱毛によるウィッグ購入、または乳房の変形による乳房補整具購入にかかる経費の一部を助成します。購入費用の2分の1（ウィッグ・乳房補整具それぞれ上限2万円）を補助します。令和5年4月1日以降の購入が対象です。
