## Summary

婚姻等を機とした新生活の住まいにかかる費用の一部を助成する事業。住宅取得費、リフォーム費、賃借費、引越費用が対象。夫婦ともに39歳以下で、合計所得金額500万円未満の世帯が対象。令和8年度は夫婦ともに29歳以下で60万円、その他で30万円の上限。

## Eligibility
- 令和8年1月1日から令和9年3月31日までの間に新たに婚姻した夫婦またはファミリーシップ宣誓をした方
- 婚姻日等における年齢が夫婦等ともに39歳以下
- 令和7年における夫婦等の合計所得金額が500万円未満
- 夫婦等の双方又は一方が市内の申請に係る住宅に居住していること
- 夫婦等ともに過去に同様の補助金を受給していないこと
- 1年以上市内に居住する意思があること
