## Eligibility

- 専用住宅に浄化槽を設置する方
- 建築基準法第6条第1項の届出または浄化槽法第5条第1項の届出をされた方
- 4月1日以降に申請し、補助金交付決定通知を受け取ってから施工を行う方
- 補助事業完了後1ヵ月以内または当該年度の2月末日のいずれか早い日までに実績報告ができる方
