## Summary

令和6年能登半島地震により被災した家屋に代わる家屋を取得した場合、要件を満たすものについて固定資産税・都市計画税が減額になる特例措置。被災家屋の床面積相当分に係る税額について、取得の翌年から4年度分を2分の1減額します。

## Eligibility
- 被災家屋の所有者（共有物の場合は持分を有する者を含む）
- 被災家屋の所有者に相続が生じたときはその相続人
- 代替家屋に被災家屋の所有者と同居する三親等内の親族
- 被災家屋の所有者が法人である場合の合併後存続法人、合併により設立された法人、分割承継法人
