## Summary

ひとり親家庭等の医療費の一部を助成する制度。母子・父子家庭、父もしくは母が重度障害である家庭、父母がいない児童と養育者が対象。18歳に達した日以降の最初の3月31日まで（一定以上の障害がある場合は20歳の誕生日の前日まで）助成対象。通院は1回あたり530円まで月4回まで、入院は1日1,200円（高校卒業相当までのお子様は無料）。
