## Summary

交通災害、自然災害、不慮の災害などにより、児童の父または母等が死亡、または身体に重度の障害を有することとなった場合、その児童を扶養している保護者に対して月額3,000円を支給する制度。児童福祉の増進を図ることを目的としています。所得制限はありません。

## Eligibility
- 交通災害、自然災害、不慮の災害により児童と同一生計を営む保護者が死亡した場合
- 交通災害、自然災害、不慮の災害により児童と同一生計を営む保護者が重度の障害者（身体障害者手帳1級または2級）になった場合
- 児童と同一生計、同一世帯にある保護者
- 川崎市内に居住している方
