## Summary

近年の猛暑に伴う熱中症対策として、住民税非課税世帯等を対象にエアコン購入及び設置等に係る費用の一部を助成します。対象世帯は住民税非課税世帯、住民税均等割のみの世帯、児童扶養手当受給世帯です。助成上限額は10万円（税込み）で、エアコン本体費用、配送費、設置工事費、既存機器撤去費、リサイクル費が対象経費となります。

## Eligibility
- 申請日現在、小金井市に住民登録がある世帯
- 世帯全員の令和7年度または令和8年度の住民税が非課税である世帯
- 世帯全員の令和7年度または令和8年度の住民税が均等割のみの課税または非課税である世帯
- 令和7年度または令和8年度に児童扶養手当の支給を受けたことがある世帯
- 居住している住宅にエアコンがない（2台目以降は対象外）
- 製造から15年が経過したエアコンが故障により使用できない場合、またはその他故障して使用できない場合
