## Summary

区内中小企業が就業規則を整備した上で、従業員の熱中症対策を通じた職場環境の整備を行う場合、経費の一部を補助します。就業規則の整備（上限10万円、補助率2分の1）と暑熱環境での熱中症予防対策の取組（上限30万円、補助率3分の2）を一連の事業として実施することが必要です。

- 労働安全衛生規則第612条の2に規定する熱中症予防体制を整備している
- 暴力団関係者でない
- 風俗営業等に該当しない
