## Summary

全てのこどもの育ちを応援し、就労要件を問わず月10時間までの利用可能枠の中で時間単位で柔軟に利用できる通園給付。0歳6ヶ月から満3歳未満の児童が対象で、利用料金は無償。令和8年4月から開始予定。

## Eligibility
- 0歳6ヶ月から満3歳未満（3歳の誕生日の前々日）までの児童
- 保育所等に通っていない、集団保育が可能な児童
- 原則、墨田区に住民票があり、墨田区に居住する児童
- 認可保育所、認定こども園、幼稚園、地域型保育事業、企業主導型保育施設に通っていない児童
