## Summary

ひとり親家庭の生活の安定と自立を促進するための手当。父母の離婚、死亡、重度障害、遺棄、DV保護命令、拘禁、婚外子など該当する状態にある18歳になった最初の3月31日まで（中度以上の障害児は20歳未満まで）の児童を養育している保護者に支給される。支給は年6回奇数月に口座振込で行われ、所得制限がある。

- 父母が離婚した児童を養育している保護者
- 父または母が死亡した児童を養育している保護者
- 父または母が重度の障害の状態にある児童を養育している保護者
- 父または母に1年以上遺棄されている児童を養育している保護者
- 父または母が裁判所からDV保護命令を受けた児童を養育している保護者
- 父または母が1年以上拘禁されている児童を養育している保護者
- 婚姻によらないで生まれた子を養育している保護者
