## Summary

昭和56年5月31日以前に建築された木造住宅の耐震改修工事費用の一部を助成します。耐震設計・工事監理・耐震改修工事を一体に行う費用の5分の4（限度額100万円、二段階の場合は段階ごとに50万円）を補助対象とし、工事着手前の申請が必須です。

## Eligibility
- 昭和56年5月31日以前に建築若しくは着工された木造住宅
- 一戸建ての住宅または併用住宅（居住部分の床面積が2分の1以上）
- 階数が2以下である住宅（地階を除く）
- 耐震診断において判定値が1.0未満と診断され、耐震改修工事後の判定値が1.0以上となる住宅
- 町内に木造住宅を所有し居住している方
- この補助金を初めて受ける方（1人1棟まで）
- 世帯全員が町税等の滞納がない方
