## Summary

がん治療に伴う外見の変化に対する精神的・経済的負担軽減を目的として、ウィッグ、胸部補整具、エピテーゼ等の購入またはレンタル費用を助成します。ウィッグは上限5万円、胸部補整具は上限3万円、エピテーゼは上限5万円で、3種類合わせて最大5万円までが助成上限です。

## Eligibility
- 補整具等の購入日またはレンタル開始日、申請日において町内に居住し住民基本台帳に記録されている方
- がんと診断され、現在治療中または過去に治療を受けたことがある方
- 過去に本町または他の自治体が実施する同様の助成を受けていない方
