## Summary

認定したソーシャルイノベーターが実施する「地方創生」に資する取組、特に「森林文化都市」のビジョン実現に資する取組の事業資金を、個人版・企業版ふるさと納税の制度を通じて全国から募り、市からその寄付額と同額（最大1,000万円）の補助金を交付する制度。寄付の目標額に達しなかった場合でも、集まった寄付額に応じた補助金を交付する。
