## Summary

東京圏の大学に在学し、栃木県内企業への就職を予定する大学生・大学院生を対象に、就職活動に係る交通費（5,390円）および移住に係る移転費（66,000円）の一部を交付する制度。UIJターンによる地域活性化と人材確保を目的とする。

## Eligibility
- 東京圏に在住し、都内に本部がある大学・大学院の東京圏内キャンパスに在学（原則4年以上）する大学生・大学院生
- 大学等の卒業・修了年度において東京圏内に継続して在住していること
- 野木町へUIJターンした又はする予定の者
- 栃木県内企業（隣接茨城県を含む可能性あり）に就職した又は就職予定（内定受諾）の者
- 申請時において卒業・修了日から1年以内かつ就業開始日から1年以内の者
- 野木町に1年以上継続して居住する意思を有する者
- 週20時間以上の無期雇用契約に基づいて就業する者
- 日本人または永住者等の在留資格を有する外国人
