## Summary

父又は母と生計を同じくしていない児童が育てられている家庭の生活の安定と自立を助けるため、手当を支給する制度。令和6年11月から所得限度額と第3子以降の加算額が引き上げられた。児童1人目は月額48,050円（全部支給）、2人目以降は1人につき11,350円を加算。

## Eligibility
- 父母が婚姻を解消した児童を監護している者
- 父又は母が死亡した児童を監護している者
- 父又は母が政令で定める程度の障がいの状態にある児童を監護している者
- 父又は母の生死が明らかでない児童を監護している者
- 父又は母が引き続き1年以上遺棄している児童を監護している者
- 父又は母が裁判所からDV保護命令を受けている児童を監護している者
- 父又は母が法令により1年以上拘禁されている児童を監護している者
- 母が婚姻によらないで懐胎した児童を監護している者
