## Summary

令和８年１月１日以降に婚姻届を提出した夫婦を対象に、新生活に必要な住宅取得費、賃貸費、リフォーム費、引越費を補助します。夫婦共に39歳以下で、合計所得500万円未満、市税滞納がないことが条件です。補助額は夫婦共に29歳以下の場合60万円、いずれか39歳以下の場合30万円が上限です。

## Eligibility
- 令和８年１月１日以降に婚姻届を提出し受理された夫婦
- 南陽市内に居住し、住民登録をしていること
- 夫婦共に、婚姻日における年齢が39歳以下であること
- 夫婦の合計所得額が500万円未満であること
- 所定の講座等を夫婦ともに実施すること（ライフデザイン支援講座、共家事・共育て講座等）
- 市税等の滞納がないこと
- 他の公的制度による住居費の補助等を受けていないこと
- 過去に本制度に基づく補助金の交付を受けていないこと
- 夫婦共に南陽市暴力団排除条例に規定する暴力団員等でないこと
