## Summary

- 移住・定住世帯（中古住宅購入型）：町外から町内に移住し、令和７年10月1日以降に所有権取得
- 一般世帯（持ち家型）：上記に該当しない世帯
- 町内に店舗を有する建設業者等と工事請負契約を締結すること
