## Summary

遠野市に在住し、市内事業所に就業した40歳未満の方を対象に、奨学金の返還費用を補助する制度。日本学生支援機構の貸与型奨学金、遠野市奨学資金等が対象。返還額の1/2（上限144,000円/年）を最長20年間補助。平成31年4月から令和8年12月までに就業した方が対象。

- 大学、短大、専門学校、職業能力開発施設や高校在学中に奨学金の貸与を受け、遅延なく返還している方
- 市税を滞納していない方
