## Eligibility
- 令和7年4月1日以降に設立された農業法人
- 村内に所在地および経営農地を有する法人
- 蓬田村地域計画の農業を担う者として位置付けられた法人、若しくは見込まれる法人
- 設立後の法人が農業経営基盤強化促進法第12条第1項の規定による農業経営改善計画の認定を受けること
