## Summary

- ライフデザインやプレコンセプションケアに関する講座等を受講していること
- 対象となる住宅が十和田市内にあること
- 過去に十和田市または他自治体の同様の補助金交付を受けていないこと
- 夫婦ともに市区町村税に滞納がないこと
- 十和田市暴力団排除条例に規定する暴力団員でないこと
