## Summary

運転免許・自家用車をお持ちでない人へ、ハイヤー利用券を交付する事業です。対象者は65歳以上、身体障害者手帳等の交付を受けている人、要支援・要介護認定を受けている人などです。お一人あたり15,000円分の利用券（500円券×30枚）を交付します。

## Eligibility
- 本別町に住民票がある人
- 自動車の運転免許を持っていない人、または免許は持っていても車を持っていない人、または免許を持っていても運転できないまたはしない人
- 町税や使用料を滞納していない人
- 福祉施設などに入居していない人
- 65歳以上（令和6年3月31日までに65歳以上になる人は、誕生日から申請可能）
- 身体障害者手帳、療育手帳、精神保健福祉手帳の交付を受けている人
- 自立支援医療または療育医療の給付を受けている人
- 要支援認定または要介護認定を受けている人
- 障害者年金を受給している人
