父母の離婚等により、父又は母と生計を同じくしていない児童を養育している家庭（ひとり親家庭）等の生活の安定と自立を助け、児童の福祉の増進を図る制度。第1子は全部支給48,050円、一部支給48,040円～11,340円。第2子以降加算額は全部支給11,350円、一部支給11,340円～5,680円。毎年1月、3月、5月、7月、9月、11月の各11日に支給。
