## Summary

町内における中心市街地域内の空き店舗を活用する新規起業者に対して、店舗賃借料の一部と創業に係る工事費及び備品等の購入費を助成する制度。創業経費は上限50万円、店舗賃借料は月4万円を上限に12ヶ月間補助。

## Eligibility
- 南幌町商工会で経営相談及び創業計画の支援を受けた者
- 世帯全員が住民税、国民健康保険税（料）及び介護保険料を滞納していない者
- 1年以上継続して営業を行う者
- 該当月の半数以上の日数の営業を行う者
- 商工会員に加入を行う者
- 風俗営業等の規則及び業務の適正化に関する法律に定める営業を行わない者
- 南幌町暴力団の排除の推進に関する条例第2条第1号から第3号に規定するものでない者
- 営業に必要な許認可等を取得されている者
- 町内にある店舗を廃業し、空き店舗へ移転したことにより、移転前の店舗を空き店舗としていない者
- 宗教法人法第2条に定める宗教団体でない者
- 空き店舗所有者の生計同一者若しくは2親等の親族でない者
