## Summary

市内に住宅を取得された方に対し奨励金を交付する制度。新築または建売住宅購入時は200万円（転入者250万円）、中古住宅購入時は最大150万円（転入者200万円）。市が指定する住宅用地購入時は最大500万円。加算要件により最大100万円の加算あり。
