## Summary

市内に住宅を取得された方に対し奨励金を交付する制度。新築または建売住宅購入時は200万円（転入者250万円）、中古住宅購入時は最大150万円（転入者200万円）を基本に、市内建設業者利用や二世帯住宅、子育て世帯などの加算要件で最大500万円まで交付。5年以上の定住確約と税金等の滞納がないことが条件。
