## Summary

札幌市民を対象に、太陽光発電、定置用蓄電池、エネファーム、地中熱ヒートポンプ、ペレットストーブなどの再生可能エネルギー・省エネルギー機器の導入費用の一部を補助する制度。脱炭素社会の実現と防災強化を目的とする。2026年度は第1回（5月7日～7月8日）と第2回（9月1日～11月4日）の募集を実施。

## Eligibility
- 札幌市民である者、または市内に居住する予定である者
- 札幌市税を滞納していない者
- 暴力団員、または暴力団関係事業者でない者
- 2026年4月1日から2027年3月31日までの期間において、当該補助制度による補助金を交付されていない者
- 申請者が居住する、または居住予定の札幌市内の住宅に、対象機器を自ら購入し設置する者
- 太陽光発電またはエネファームの補助を受ける場合は、札幌市エコエネクラブへ入会する者
